Day 1.  : Arrival in Venice

The first day is dedicated to arrival in Venice where an English speaking hostess will meet the guests at the airport or at the railway Station and she will transfer them to the hotel, accommodation, dinner and overnight.

Day 2.  : Venice, historical tour

 Breakfast in Hotel and  meeting with your English speaking guide in the lobby and starting for the walk through the most fascinating places of Venice, to see with your own eyes these historic sites such as the magnificent Piazza San Marco with an historical art description, the Basilica and the possibility to visit the Doge's Palace that was the residence of the Doge and the seat of government and the magistracy, with courts, prisons and armouries, Bridge of Sighs, San Zaccaria, San Giovanni e Paolo and end tour in the Rialto Bridge area, or in your hotel if you prefer. Light lunch during the visits. In the afternoon you will enjoy a 30 minutes gondola ride through the canals of Venice. Time at leisure to explore and discover this astonishing city. Back to the hotel and accommodation. Dinner in an excellent restaurant and overnight.  

Day 3.  : Venice and the islands of Murano, Torcello and Burano

After breakfast pick-up at the hotel at 09:30 a.m. for a full day (six hours) tour in the islands by private water taxi, accompanied by your English speaking guide. Depart for Murano, following the Grand Canal, arrival at Murano to visit a glass factory, visits continue to Burano where you will enjoy a walk through this island inhabited by local fishermen to admire and photograph the colorful houses and buy the compass, the typical Burano biscuits. In this island you can have views of a service shop where you can see the lace-making. Transfer to Torcello for a walk to visit the cathedral, built in the seventh century with wonderful mosaics on the theme of the Last Judgment. Lunch in a restaurant in Torcello.  Back to the hotel and time at leisure. Dinner in town. Overnight.

Day 4. : Venice. Time at leisure for walking and shopping

Breakfast in hotel and check-out. Morning at leisure to enjoy walking throughout the campis, alleys, underpasses, stairways, along the Venice canals and watching the shop windows with masks of the famous Venice carnival and hundred of items for a gift. Lunch at leisure. In the afternoon meeting with an English speaking hostess and transfer from your hotel to the railway station or to the airport.
