Roero land is not yet famous as the better known Langhe, but this territory will offer unexpected surpises for its richness in history, culture and gastronomy. Here a visitor will find great wines, enchanting castles and old villages that are situated in its small territory. The Rocche of Roero are gullies and are one of the peculiar characteristic of the landscape: on the top there is a castle and a small village. The Museum Rocche del Roero hosts eight different communes in the area dated back of the eleventh century. The visitors can explore the paths by foot or mountain bike admiring woods, orchards, red coloured lands and vineyards.
